The College follows an active self-appraisal system for assessing the professional excellence and academic efficacy of the staff which has been accomplished through a comprehensive strategy developed according to the career advancement prerequisites designed by IQAC and various other stakeholders. The performance of the teaching and the non-teaching staff are evaluated on the basis of separate indicators. The benchmark for the evaluation of teaching faculty includes academic excellence, API scores, publications from research and the feedback received from the students, whereas skill and target oriented completion of work is evaluated for the non-teaching staff.
