Soft Skill Development Programmes

Soft skills are important because they enable students to adjust to the frustrations and challenges they will encounter in their adult life, as well as the demands of work. Mastering soft skills help students learn, live and work better.

 

The college has taken steps to incorporate soft skills in the different activities of the institution. The departments have incorporated soft skills within the curriculum and in the assessment of the assignments so that the students benefit the maximum.

Yoga and Meditation

College students can reap enormous benefits through yoga classes on campus. Yoga can help them relieve the tension and stress attendant upon higher education. Research has demonstrated yoga practice can improve students’ physical, mental, and emotional health. With the coordination of the Physical Education department and NSS every year. We provide yoga classes for our students. Every year we celebrate International yoga day on June 21 to create awareness about the benefits of yoga in daily life.
