Faculty members of the  department provide opportunities to students of nearby schools for interaction on Mathematical concepts which they want to explore and  guide them to prepare for exhibitions and Mathematical olympiad. Many times the department has joined hands with RMO (Regional Mathematics olympiad) committee to conduct the examination.
