GOVERNMENT VICTORIA COLLEGE, PALAKKAD

1. Bring all original certificates along with one set of photocopies and three recent passport-size photographs.
2. Scan the QR code provided at the admission centre and enter all the required personal details. Ensure that the CAP ID is entered accurately.
3. Proceed to the Admission Desk for document verification.
4. Collect a token from the NCC cadets and wait for your turn for verification at the Nodal Desk.
5. After verification at the Nodal Desk, proceed to the PTA Desk.
6. Meet the Principal to complete the admission approval.
7. Proceed to the Office Desk and submit the required documents.
8. Pay the admission fee and collect your Admission Number.

Essential Requirements at the time of Admission

The candidates shall produce the following documents (in original) at the time of admission.

1. Admit Card (Only for students who received allotment)

2. The print out of the application

3. Mandatory fee receipt

4. Age proof (SSLC)

5. Qualifying Degree Certificate

6. Mark List(s) of the qualifying examination.

7. Transfer Certificate (TC) received from the Institution last studied. (Verify round seal signature and date on the TC)

8. Conduct Certificate (Received within 6 months)

9. Percentage Certificate, if the student is not from University of Calicut

10. NSS/ NCC Certificates (If Bonus marks claimed)

NCC certificate signed by the Director and issued by the Directorate of NCC to the candidates who have secured at least 75% of attendance after having participated in its activities during the course of the study which is included in the eligibility criteria for the programme/course for which admission is sought. (U.O.No. 9923/2022/Admn Dated:12.05.2022).

NSS certificate signed by the Vice-Chancellor and issued by the University to volunteers who have completed 240 hours of work within a period of two years in the programme of study immediately preceding the programmes/courses for which admission is sought.

11. SC/ST students shall present community certificate and nativity certificate issued by the Tahsildar.

12. Students belonging to ETB/ Muslim/ OBH/ OBX/ LC shall present community certificate, Nativity certificate and Non Creamy layer certificate issued by the Village Officer/Tahsildar.

13. If admission is allotted in EWS/PwD (PH)/TLM/LWDP category respective certificate need to be produced.

14. THREE passport size photographs

15. Photocopy of all relevant documents.

Validity of the certificates

Community Certificate: 3 years from the date of issue.

Income /Non-Creamy layer Certificate: 1 year from the date of issue.

Conduct Certificate: 6 Months from the date of issue

Admission Fee

Government/ University fee shall be remitted using ATM card. PTA contribution shall be paid in cash.
